THIS IS WHAT YOU ARE AGREEING TO:
- Tickets are 100% non-refundable. You are purchasing tickets to a timed event thus all sales are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances – NO EXCEPTIONS.
- A person over the age of 18 must be present in the room as a participant throughout the whole game – NO EXCEPTIONS.
- We reserve the right to ask for ID for those who may be minors and if a game is booked for all minor players we will refuse admittance without refund.
- Reschedules are allowed ONLY with a minimum of 12-hour notice. Please call or email us as soon as you need to reschedule, and we will reschedule you to either a placeholder date or a date that works for you and your team.
- You must arrive at least 10 minutes before the time listed on your reservation, regardless of extenuating circumstances including, but not limited to, traffic, delayed flights, or not being able to find the location (there is a map included in the confirmation email sent for every reservation).
- If you are late to your reservation, time will be taken from your game equivalent to how late you are. If you are not present and ready for your game to be started (Waivers and game rules completed) by 30 minutes into your reservation we reserve the right to cancel your game without refund.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and we will not tolerate harassment, discrimination or inappropriate behavior toward our staff or other customers.
- We do not allow alcohol on our premises. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone showing signs of intoxication without refund.
- If any of our staff notices a guest being visibly impaired or disruptive we reserve the right to refuse service or entry without refund.
- If you damage property inside the game or outside the game we will charge you the cost of replacement and or repairs.
- The capacity limits listed on the rooms are non-negotiable for safety reasons.
