Gift Card Usage Rules
- The gift card is used when purchasing a game; it is used a SINGLE time and in full. NOTE: The unused amount is not refundable.
- This card can only be used for the initial purchase of a game. It can NOT be used to add players or pay for any additional charges on a pre-existing booking.
- If the purchase amount EXCEEDS the face value of the card, the buyer can make an additional payment for the remaining amount.
- The gift card may not be returned or exchanged for any cash equivalent.
- The gift card can be used at any of the Questroom locations listed on the website.
- When paying with this gift card, discounts offered at the time of purchase in the online store are valid.
- This card is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
To use the voucher, the recipient simply books the room of their choice on our website!
- Our gift card codes can only be purchased on the official Questroom website and they are the property of Questroom.
- If lost, while we cannot replace any physical card, we do keep track of your code and can resend it via email after verifying you are the purchaser.
