Customers Safety

At Quest Room, we prioritize a clean and safe experience for both staff and customers. The procedures we follow to ensure that these standards are met include:

Sanitizing & General Safety

• Maintaining the cleanliness of our common areas and restrooms
• Sanitizing our rooms in between groups
• Providing hand sanitizer for use before and after games
• Performing daily and weekly cleanings by staff to ensure every prop and surface is thoroughly disinfected
• Requiring digital waivers that can be done on your own device before coming in. 

PRIVATE ROOMS

All Quest Room games are private regardless of group size. We do require a minimum of 2 players as some puzzles cannot be done with one person alone but once a game is booked it is guaranteed that time is only for you!
