A safe experience depends on more than one precaution. It begins with clear instructions, continues with Game Master monitoring, and is supported by well-maintained rooms, emergency exits and regular cleaning.
Every group receives a safety briefing and room-specific instructions before play begins. Players are expected to follow those instructions and any direction from their Game Master. Behavior that could endanger someone or damage the room is not allowed.
A Game Master monitors every experience and can step in whenever assistance is needed. Each room has emergency exit buttons that allow players to leave at any time. Using one ends the game.
Rooms, props and shared areas are inspected, maintained and cleaned regularly. Frequently touched surfaces are sanitized between groups.
The rooms are designed to be explored, but players should not climb, use excessive force or disregard staff instructions. Following the rules allows everyone to focus on the story and enjoy the experience safely.
